At night, Philadelphia lights up with first-class entertainment, some of the best restaurants on the East Coast, and plenty of after-hours hot spots.

Explore the arts and sciences at a number of museums and education centers. Visit the Philadelphia Zoo, the African American Museum, the National Museum of Jewish History, the Academy of Natural Sciences, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, or the Franklin Institute Science Museum.

Try hiking, swimming, boating or biking at Philadelphia’s 8900 acres of green space. Visit Roosevelt Park, Clark Park, or Fairmount Park, Philadelphia’s largest park. A visit to Fairmount Park offers a variety of vistas and experiences, from the crowd of runners and bikers along the famed Boathouse Row, to more tranquil spots, like those near the tree-lined homes of Chestnut Hill.

There are any number of sightseeing tours available, including the Philadelphia Trolley Works and Carriage Company. Explore the city on one of the open-air trolleys or aboard the Stars & Stripes Double Decker Buses. Wet your aquatic appetite with a fairy ride across the Delaware River for a visit to New Jersey’s Adventure Aquarium.
