Over the last twenty years, IMCL has built up a wealth of experience in the development of public
sector management and public financial management in developing countries. IMCL has worked for major
multi-lateral and bi-lateral donor organisations and central governments throughout Africa, Asia,
Eastern Europe and the Pacific.
